He noted that aside huge impact in the health sector where over 1000 families have accessed free medical services, other segments like education, infrastructure and security will continue to receive attention. He urged the communities to remain calm and go about their normal business as Elano Investments Limited will continue to impact positively on the lives of the people.
Okanje urged the people to always participate in Elano programmes and activities and stay away from mischief makers who don't have good intention for the people.

He reiterated that all the necessary measures are being put in place to make sure the second phase work effectively. He said the free healthcare system will be up-dated to house more families to boost the number of beneficiaries in the scheme. He hinted that a revalidation exercise will be carried out to access and adequately compute all former beneficiaries and to create slots for new ones. While narrating some of the challenges faced during the first phase of the programme, he said some persons not originally captured in the scheme are cloning the medical cards just to access the free health care programme. He cautioned all those falsifying the medical hospital cards to desist from it and to watch out to be enlisted for the second phase of the programme.
